The Concept

Bosco is designed as a layered environment rather than one tower — an address where architecture, landscaped green space and a golf setting come together across three distinct residential towers and a collection of standalone homes.
Each tower carries its own character — Palazzo, Residenzza and Avanti — while the Casa homes offer a low-density alternative with direct golf views. Together they create a rare breadth of choice within a single, cohesive community.
Daily life is anchored by an unusually complete amenity program: a chef’s kitchen, wine bar and cinema sit alongside a full wellness floor — gym, yoga, spinning and spa — plus a golf simulator, game room, beauty salon and coworking.
