Based in Panamá City, Panamá, Idaliz H. Guiraud is the Managing Partner and Founder of Guiraud Law. Her areas of legal expertise include Banking, Commercial, Immigration, Real Estate, Trade, Tax, and Wealth Structuring. She is also the CEO of the Panamá-based international consultancy, TS Corp.
Previously, she was a Professor at the Universidad Latina de Panamá and a lawyer for one of Panama’s largest companies, Empresas Melo, S.A. Additionally, she’s worked in the Intellectual Property and Mercantile divisions of the legal firm Arias, Fabrega & Fabrega.
Mrs. Guiraud obtained her Degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua as well as a Post-Graduate Degree in Management from PanAmerican University.
Mother to Liam and wife to Dr. Luigi Wewege, a South African, Mrs. Guiraud is also an avid pet lover of her furry chihuahua, Arnold, and dachshund, Max. She is a member of the Colegio Nacional de Abogados and speaks English and Spanish fluently. She is most proud of the pro bono work she provides to indigent clients who cannot afford legal services.
